Due to the exceptional weather forecast for Sunday 21st June, we’ve decided to reschedule the event to a later date. We strongly believe this experience deserves the right setting and atmosphere, and with temperatures approaching 30°C we feel many of you will be spending the day outdoors. On Saturday September 12th we return to IJland to mark the final of this summer with a special kind of journey. A long back-to-back set between Olivier Weiter and Miss Melera.
Set against the open waters of the IJ, IJland offers a perspective on Amsterdam that feels both expansive and intimate at once. Floor-to-ceiling windows blur the line between inside and outside, so even while you’re sheltered within, you remain fully connected to the light, the sky and the constant movement of the water just beyond. It’s a space where every shift in light subtly reshapes the atmosphere. IJland holds a new L acoustics soundsystem setup, those who visited Olivier Weiters 10hour set last March here know that this will be good.
From 15:00 until 22:00 Olivier Weiter and Miss Melera will guide the room through an extended musical dialogue, a shared narrative that evolves gradually, drawing on their deep-rooted connection to melodic and progressive sounds. Their back-to-back sets are known for their fluidity and intuition where energy is built with patience, tension unfolds naturally and moments are allowed to breathe.
This is not about peaks alone but about the full arc of a day: arriving in the daylight, settling into the rhythm, watching the sun lower over the IJ, and easing into the early night together. A collective experience shaped as much by the setting as by the music. There is a nice outdoor chill area, there will be a good variety of food and you will be surrounded by those who know when a good party is being held
