Lost your ticket? Can’t find it in your mailbox?

Lockers

All our events will have lockers (and sometimes lockers + wardrobe)
Club events lockers are paid by card or through your phone by QR code.

When will I receive my tickets?

All tickets are sealed to avoid ticket scammers and e-ticket barcodes will be available to the main buyer 24hrs before the start of the event.

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

No, you can only buy tickets online through our website.

How do you check my tickets at the entrance?

The e-ticket can be scanned from your phone, make sure you download it upfront, have your batteries loaded and turn your screen brightness fully up at the entrance to ensure a steady flow going in. Then, it’s time to turn your phone off and start dancing.

Please do not print your tickets. It’s a waste of tree’s and energy.

What is the age limit?

The legal minimum age is 18+, a security staff member can (and will) ask your ID / Passport when in doubt.

Do I need to bring identification to the event?

At request of a security staff member you should be able to identify yourself. If you do not have a valid identity document you will be denied access without right to refund of the entry fee. Valid identification means a passport, identity card or driving license. Copies will not be accepted.

What am I not allowed to bring to the event area?

It’s forbidden to enter the event area with the following products or materials: Soft drugs, hard drugs, food, (alcoholic) drinks, glassware, (plastic) bottles, cans, flags, sticks, umbrellas, walking sticks (except medical crutches and tools), pets, banners, objects with discriminating and/or provocative texts and/or expressions, battle-, cross-, fire- or shot weapons or other objects that could be used as a weapon, objects which may negatively affect the safety, health or well-being of the visitors, spray cans, atomizers, fireworks, torches, means of transport, professional video-, audio-, recording- and photo equipment (does not include digital compact cameras and mobile phones with camera function).

Can I leave the event and come back later in the day/night ?

Unfortunately this is not possible. Your ticket barcode can be scanned only once. After leaving the event area, your right of access to the event site expires. Stamps or other methods will not be used to identify previous accessed visitors.

Is there a security check at the entrance?

Each visitor that enters the event area will be checked by a security member. It’s allowed to request the search to be executed by an employee of the same sex. This check is set to all visitors, guests, employees and artists in order to protect the general safety at the event. Refusing the check will lead to denied access to the event.

Can I order earplugs at the events?

Reusable earplugs will be available at (almost) all our events. With music above 87 dB it is smart to use earplugs. With these earplugs you prevent hearing damage and the annoying ringing after the event. When in doubt please send us a message days before the start of the event to ensure you will have earplugs at the event.

Can I resell my ticket?

Yes, you can resell your ticket through the tixel.com platform. This platform ensures a fair price and a transparant market.

What other rules should I be aware of?

– Do not climb stages, buildings, fences or other objects. It is also not allowed to take any objects/structures from the event area.

– Do not enter a toilet cabin with multiple persons. Urinating outside the designated facilities is prohibited. Offenders will be removed from the event area and handed over to the police.

– Directions and instructions of the (security) staff must be followed at all times. At the suspicion of a violation of the rules, the security staff has the right to body search. Refusing this search will lead to removal from the event.

What happens if there is a change in program?

The program is subject to change. When specific acts are cancelled, there will be no refund of entrance fees or other costs. The organization will always attempt to find a replacement of the same quality level with a similar music style.

Can I bring my own food to the event?

No, at all our events there will be a variety of food available at the food corner / restaurant. In case of allergies please send us a message to info@watt-events.nl and perhaps we can make an exception.

Are WATT events wheelchair proof?

Yes, all our events are wheelchail proof. You might not be able to acces all areas without help of our security staff so its wise to arrive early and consult with our event crew, if possible in the days before the event so we can inform our staff about your specific wishes.

BOAT PARTY SPECIFIC

What if I get seasick on the boat?
We have organised well over 100 boatparties in the last couple of years and untill now this has never happened. The boat is huge, has 2 inside decks, an outside deck, several bars and chill area and our first-aid and security staff is here to help you with any health issues.

Can I leave/enter the boat in the middle of the event?
No, everyone should board as quickly as possible after the start of the event. Once there are no new visitors walking toward the entrance and after +/-30 minutes of the start of event the boat will start sailing. The boat will be back at the dock about 20 minutes before the end of the event.

Are there lockers on board?
Yes, boat event lockers will cost a €2 euro coin, bring one or two for a speedy check-in.
